Elizabeth, Rebecca, Matt, and Jonah performed the Schumann Piano Quartet for students at De Marillac Academy. Located in the heart of San Francisco's Tenderloin neighborhood, De Marillac Academy unites philanthropists with low-income families to break the cycle of poverty through education.
Rebecca, Matt, and Jonah performed a string trio for students at Thomas Edison Charter Academy (TECA) in San Francisco. TECA is a public non-profit K-8 that serves low-income students in the San Francisco Mission neighborhood.
ESF performed at the Adult Day Program at the Irene Swindells Center For Adult Day Services, which is part of Institute on Aging. The program is a day care for participants living with conditions such as Alzheimer’s related dementia, Parkinson’s, and stroke.
ESF played at The Sequoias, a retirement community in Portola Valley.
Rebecca, Jonah, and Christine played Ravel and Debussy for hospice patients in San Francisco.
ESF performed at Cedar Creek, a center for Alzheimer's and dementia care.
As part of the Music in May festival in Santa Cruz, Rebecca, Jonah, and Christine were joined by former Tokyo String Quartet violinist Martin Beaver, violists Alexandra Leem and L.P. How, and pianist Katrine Ginslinge.

Assistant division director Jennifer Buesing wrote “The youth told me the performance was the most beautiful thing they have ever experienced. Rebecca Jackson, Sarah Rommel, and Christine Payne joined the Stanford Music and Medicine Network to perform Turina and Ravel.
